Ranjiv is the founder and architect of co•energie asia. With a background in engineering, production, and operations management, he has spent over a decade helping businesses grow through structure, clarity, and human-centered leadership.

His journey moved from engineering consulting into SME investment and development — a shift driven by a desire to work more closely with founders, teams, and real people building meaningful businesses.

Today, he leads co•energie asia with a philosophy rooted in warmth, coordination, and long-term partnership. He believes that being a solo founder is not a limitation — it is a strength, a reminder that great things often begin with one person willing to move with purpose.
